DentalFynd is the newest directory designed for fee-for-service dental patients. It leverages AI technology to assist dental practices in their growth and makes exceptional dental care accessible to all. As a Startup Advisor for DentalFynd, I assist in market and competitive assessments and the creation and deployment of the go-to-market strategy.
As the North Carolina Deputy Director, I developed the strategy and operationalized the construction and delivery of a new business model that enabled primary care providers (PCPs) to give equitable access to contraception to women of reproductive age (WRA). This was done via EMR software and workflow integration across various health centers in North Carolina, surpassing our goals.
Results: Delivered half of North Carolina’s 5-year sales penetration goal within the first year of development.
As the VP of Go-to-Market, I created a Staffing Model Initiative, which included a step-by-step approach to understanding customer needs and assigning and maintaining resources for successful project implementation, which delivered the following components:
