Continuous Improvement

As the Director of Operations, I directed the development of individual development plans for all BU employees; led the creation of a unique shared QA support structure with the Quality Organization; oversaw customer support processes to enhance customer satisfaction and optimize and streamline process delivery.

As Commercialization Leader, I created and operationalized a consistent and reproducible process to identify, prioritize, and execute New Product Introduction (NPI) and non-NPI growth initiatives, identifying 10 new growth opportunities with a revenue potential of $1B. As Mid-Tier Segment Leader, I led a Healthcare Finance Services initiative to create financial tools (customized leasing, Usage Based Billing pilot) specific to mid-tier Computed Tomography (CT) customers that contributed to 10% growth in market share. As Global Business Development Leader, I increased market penetration from 80% to 90% by leading Group Purchasing Organization strategic modeling efforts, enhancing product margins, and reducing business erosion from a 20% running rate to 15%.
